Job summary

Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical discovery and validate solutions for complex security deployments. This role interfaces with customers, sales teams, and product management to ensure clearly defined scope and technically sound implementations across access control, video, and VMS systems.

The SSA will develop standardized discovery tools, mentor Sales Engineers, and contribute to alpha/beta programs while aligning with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical design, or related field.
• 5+ years designing or engineering physical security systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of access control, video surveillance, VMS and intrusion detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery on complex security projects with cross-functional teams.
• Validate project scope for technical accuracy before contracts are awarded.
• Prepare reference designs and solution diagrams for reuse.
• Coach sales engineers on discovery techniques and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with Product Management on requirements and roadmaps.
