Job summary

Kastle Systems, a leader in managed security, is hiring a Project Manager in the United States to plan, schedule and coordinate access control and video installations for clients and internal teams.

The role acts as the single point of contact during implementation to ensure on-time delivery, clear information sharing, and high customer satisfaction while partnering across departments, budgeting, documentation, and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or not required.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously on construction sites.
• Understanding of IT networks and systems for video camera installations.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as project liaison between Kastle departments and the Customer during implementation, coordinating needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a master Installation calendar to meet milestones and revenue goals.
• Initiate contract reviews and generate proposals and amendments as warranted.
• Monitor project costs to ensure a positive margin.
• Provide security system consultation and other services in response to customer requests.
• Create project schedules, oversee floor plan creation, and report progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams on turn-on documents and invoicing
• Schedule meetings with departments and clients to resolve issues and prevent delays.
