Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Security Systems Solutions Architect to lead technical discovery and solution validation for complex projects. You will design integrated security solutions, coordinate with sales, integrations, and product teams, and develop reference designs used across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; professional experience acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, VMS and intrusion systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery with customers and identify scope risk during live discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery on complex projects involving integrations outside Kastle's product portfolio.
• Validate project scope for technical accuracy before contract award, including network and infrastructure requirements.
• Design integrated security solutions spanning access control, video surveillance, VMS, and intrusion detection.
• Develop discovery standards, templates, and reference designs used across teams.
• Coach Sales Engineers in advanced discovery and field practices; deliver technical training.
