Job summary

Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer to design security solutions for new office builds and collaborate with the Sales and Project Management teams on bids and installations. You will help quote, design, and support solutions across access control, video surveillance, and visitor management.

The role requires deep knowledge of physical security technologies and experience translating specifications into deployable systems.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Passion for physical security technology (access control, video/CCTV, fire, front office management).
3+ years of security systems experience in physical security administration, installation, design, vendor management, or project management.
Experience designing access control, video/CCTV, and visitor management systems.
Project management experience in the security industry.
Experience installing, managing, programming, and troubleshooting: web-based access control, video management systems, IP cameras, NVRs, visitor management systems, and related components.
Ability to read/respond to Security Bid Specifications and Construction drawings.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Comfort working in IP Network environments.

Responsibilities

Design security solutions for new office builds and installation projects, ensuring Kastle System standards.
Interface with sales and customers to develop solutions and win business.
Serve as product line expert for security systems.
Coordinate with IT, Operations, and Client Services to meet client expectations.
Apply hands-on field experience to ensure designs are installable and maintainable.
Work under the direction of the regional President.
