Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Senior Electronic Security Project Manager to lead multi-site deployments of enterprise access control, video surveillance, and integrated low-voltage systems. You will oversee field teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and clients through full project lifecycles.

The role emphasizes governance, safety, and quality with strong collaboration across stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to spec.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electronic security systems/low-voltage installations with 4–5+ years in PM leadership.
• Strong PropTech, commercial facilities, or industrial security background.
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise platforms and factory certifications are a plus.
• PM software proficiency (MS Project, Smartsheet, SimPRO) and Microsoft 365 apps.
• PMP and/or ASIS CPP/PSP certifications preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern multiple large-scale security installations with strict scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Lead technicians and subcontractors; enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on-site.
• Review designs, floor plans, and wiring; coordinate with engineers on ACS, VMS, IDS, and sensing platforms.
• Manage client relationships, status meetings, and risk mitigation with executives.
• Control BOMs, change orders, and subcontractor billing; support pre-sales scoping.
