The candidate will guide scoping, LOE estimation, and product demonstrations while championing Red Hat's services portfolio across engagements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in services solution architecture to drive revenue growth.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management across accounts.
• Ability to elicit and translate complex functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience estimating LOE and scoping complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and review of complex task lists; guides scoping to customer requirements.
• Leads multiple engagements or work streams on complex programs as trusted advisor.
• Guides pilot and production deployments with successful integration of Red Hat solutions.
• Mentors junior team members and ensures consistent service delivery.
• Identifies risks and crafts creative solutions to ensure project success.
• Advocates for Red Hat Services portfolio within customer solutions.
• Provides customer feedback to internal teams to influence product and service enhancements.
• Leads internal initiatives to foster innovation, efficiency, and growth.
