Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Solutions Architect in New York to cover the New York territory. You will become a trusted adviser, helping customers invest in solutions and establishing strong relationships across sales and delivery teams.

You will present compelling business and technical cases for Red Hat technologies including RHEL, Ansible, OpenShift and AI offerings. You will enable these technologies in traditional and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or similar role.
• Deep experience in multiple Red Hat product verticals or related products.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences; interpret customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted adviser to customers; build lasting relationships.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for complex solutions.
• Understand customer environments and assess application of Red Hat solutions.
• Present complex solutions and design value-driven architectures for Red Hat offerings.
