T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer for the Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team in Atlanta.

The role partners with Business Sales to translate customer needs into outcome-driven solutions across connectivity, collaboration, IoT, security, and managed services. You will engage with business decision makers and IT stakeholders, delivering architecture discussions and technical demos that align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering with solution sales experience preferred.
Experience supporting mid-market or strategic accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to support mid-market customers (300-999 employees) with technical consultation, solution design, and engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Lead technical discovery with business and IT stakeholders to understand operational challenges and goals.
Design and position end-to-end solutions leveraging T-Mobile portfolio (connectivity, IoT, security, and managed services).
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and architecture discussions aligned to customer outcomes.
Support the sales cycle by validating requirements and answering technical questions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, implementation, and partners to develop customer-specific solutions.
Maintain expertise across solution portfolio and industry trends impacting mid-market businesses.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and enablement initiatives to improve technical selling.
