Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer for Mid-Market Solutions Engineering to drive revenue by applying technical expertise to customer opportunities.

You will partner with Account Executives to support sales cycles for mid-market companies (300–999 employees) needing scalable, secure connectivity and collaboration solutions. You will design end-to-end solutions across Mobility, IoT, Security, and UCaaS, and deliver architecture discussions to translate business needs into outcomes.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise across connectivity, cloud and enterprise technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience presenting to both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support mid-market customers (300–999 employees).
• Lead technical discovery with business and IT stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging portfolio (connectivity, collaboration, security).
• Deliver technical presentations and architecture discussions.
• Validate requirements and ensure solution alignment during opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and partners to tailor solutions.
• Maintain expertise across portfolio and industry trends.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and enablement.
