Job summary

Maritz in Fenton, MO is seeking a senior technology solutioning professional to lead the discovery, design and delivery of complex loyalty and engagement solutions. The role requires translating client needs into scalable technical requirements and coordinating with product, delivery and client teams to ensure alignment with the stated approach.

You will guide implementation, manage scope, and drive governance to protect the sold solution while maintaining delivery readiness across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology solutioning, solution architecture, product implementation, technical program management, loyalty or incentive program delivery, or related field.
• Experience translating client needs into technical requirements, estimates and implementation-ready solutions.
• Strong knowledge of loyalty and incentive programs, engagement tech platforms, and Maritz products.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and define requirements for opportunities, develop solution recommendations with cross-functional teams, provide effort estimation and pricing inputs for technology solutions.
• Own delivery readiness and governance through implementation, guiding the team and ensuring alignment with the technical approach.
• Maintain knowledge of Maritz platforms, product capabilities and delivery standards to inform solutioning and reusable patterns.
