The Sr. Solution Designer owns the technical solution from qualified opportunity through launch, ensuring what is sold can be delivered and what is delivered matches what was sold.
The Sr. Solution Designer supports late-stage sales efforts, ensuring each opportunity moves forward with clear scope and sound feasibility, then manages it to launch after sale to provide strong delivery continuity.
This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex client problems at the intersection of strategy, technology and delivery. The right candidate will be energized by shaping solutions early, bringing clarity to ambiguity, influencing cross-functional teams and staying close to implementation to see the solution come to life.

Assesses platform fit, product versus custom decisions, technical risks, scope boundaries and customization needs. Provides effort estimation, scoping and pricing inputs for technology solutions, and helps ensure SOWs accurately reflect the technical solution, delivery assumptions and feasibility considerations.
