Brooksource is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for a leading Midwest retailer to shape the technology strategy behind Loyalty & Customer Engagement initiatives, including rewards, personalization, promotions, customer identity, and data platforms.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software architecture, or senior technical roles.
Translate business requirements into architecture, technical strategy, and actionable designs.
Experience with modern integration and cloud architecture patterns.
Background in retail, eCommerce, loyalty, customer engagement, or marketing technology preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Shape technology strategy and architecture for loyalty and customer engagement.
Define scalable solutions across rewards, personalization, promotions, customer identity, data, and Voice of Customer.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and business leaders to translate needs into architectural designs.
Provide architectural leadership from strategy through implementation.
Lead integration and cloud architecture efforts and API/event-driven patterns.
