Job summary

Maritz seeks a Senior Solution Design Manager to own the technical solution from qualified opportunity through launch, ensuring what is sold is delivered and aligns with the actual delivery. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Delivery and Sales to shape and execute complex solutions.

This role emphasizes strategy, technology and delivery, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience, plus strong collaboration and communication skills to drive successful client

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in technology solutioning, solution architecture, product implementation, technical program management, loyalty or incentive program delivery, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and requirements for qualified opportunities; develop solution recommendations with Product and Delivery teams.
• Oversee implementation and launch; ensure alignment between sold scope and delivered solution; manage launch readiness and client handoff.
• Maintain knowledge of Maritz platforms and delivery standards; advise on reusable capabilities vs. custom development.
