Job summary
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect for Publica by IAS, our OTT/CTV advertising platform. You will oversee customer success for enterprise clients, deep-dive into data, and liaise with product and engineering to translate client needs into product feedback.
This player/coach role includes managing three Technical Account Managers and driving account growth. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in ad tech with a strong background in video ad tech, header
Qualifications
- 10+ years of ad tech experience with a track record of customer service
- 5+ years of direct manager experience
- Strong knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, programmatic advertising
- Experience with high touch, technical clients and cross-team coordination
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to explain technical concepts to all levels
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage customer accounts for IAS Publica platform
- Engage with customers regularly and deep dive into data analyses
- Coordinate with product and engineering to funnel client feedback
- Lead and mentor the Technical Account Managers (3-person team)
- Drive growth of accounts and ensure successful implementations across enterprise clients
