Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Leader to grow and lead a team of Solutions Architects serving large ISV customers.

You and your team will partner with sellers to drive business outcomes, coach engineers, and shape cloud solutions on AWS. You will mentor architects, design scalable architectures, and share best practices across the org, while guiding customer decisions and aligning with AWS leadership principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and develop Solutions Architects.
• Coach architects to transfer deep technical knowledge with ISV customers.
• Lead building, migrating and modernizing applications on AWS.
• Educate customers on AWS value and design for cloud deployment.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the AWS community.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, Service Teams and Support.
