Responsibilities

• Build and migrate applications to AWS platform.
• Hire, on-board, train Solutions Architects.
• Educate customers on AWS value and participate in architectural discussions.
• Coach architects in training sessions to transfer deep technical skills.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS community.
• Guide development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other guidance and best practices.
• Drive cloud adoption strategies addressing banking-specific challenges and data protection requirements.
• Build deep relationships with decision makers within customer accounts to enable cloud advocates.
• Influence AWS product roadmaps to enhance support for banking and financial services workloads.
