Harvey is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to bridge product and client teams. You will translate complex requirements into secure, scalable architectures and work with GTM groups to shape adoption across use cases and geographies.

You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Security, and IT to deliver outcomes, influence the product roadmap, and ensure compliant, enterprise-grade deployments. This role is based in New York and offers strong growth and impact.

Competenze

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or similar externally facing technical roles.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for enterprise SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML environments.
• Experience partnering with Account Executives and post-sales teams to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion.
• Experience engaging with executives and C-suite stakeholders to present complex concepts for strategic decisions.
• Comfort engaging with security, risk, and compliance stakeholders in SaaS/AI contexts.
• Strong communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and building trust.
• Curiosity about AI and fast-moving product/customer use-case evolution.

Mansioni

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and pre-sales conversations with stakeholders across engineering, IT, security, and business teams.
• Serve as the primary technical partner for key accounts from discovery through deployment and expansion.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to grow adoption and expansion within enterprise accounts.
• Design secure, scalable architectures that integrate Harvey into customers' existing systems and data environments.
• Work with Security and Trust teams to address risk, compliance, and data-governance questions.
• Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap and post-sales priorities.
