Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a senior technical leader to act as the primary solution architect for a large Electricity Market Management System. You’ll provide end-to-end technical leadership across architecture, design, delivery, integration, and support for a mission-critical platform.

You will partner with customers, product teams, and cross-functional engineering to define requirements, establish direction, and ensure scalable, secure solutions in a high-security, high-availability environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in MMS/EMS or technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading complex software projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and governance across modules.
• Define technical strategy aligned with performance, security, and scalability.
• Clarify requirements with customers and stakeholders; shape solution approaches.
• Own high-level and detailed design decisions including interfaces and data flows.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across the team.
• Coordinate across engineering, PM, product, and customer-facing teams.
