GE Vernova Advanced Research is seeking a senior technical leader to originate, develop and implement cutting-edge power systems, system modeling and simulation across GE Vernova's Power, Wind, and Electrification businesses.

You will shape technical strategy for data center integrated power systems as well as develop technology and product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and industry partners to advance the state-of-the-art in power systems to ensure

Qualifications

• PhD or Doctorate in Control/Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field with extensive experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in power systems and integrated systems to improve performance, efficiency, security and reliability.
• Drive technical strategy for data center integrated power systems and develop technology roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Lead early-stage disruptive technology development from concept to product introduction.
• Coordinate disruptive technology efforts with GE Vernova businesses and ensure integration into multi-generational roadmaps.
• Drive multi-year strategic plans to keep GE Vernova competitive and differentiated.
• Shape government funding pipelines for new power systems and system integration technologies.
