Job summary

Signifyd is seeking an experienced Solutions Design and Delivery lead to own the technical design and end-to-end delivery of merchant integrations across platforms like Magento, Salesforce, and Shopify. You will coordinate with merchant teams and SIs to ensure milestones are met and quality is maintained.

You will guide the merchant's technical teams, drive design decisions, and maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and outcomes, while applying your API expertise and data skills in a

Qualifications

• 8+ years of complex technical implementation and/or solutions delivery experience.
• Experience with ecommerce or technology services.
• Background in payments, fintech, or fraud (bonus).
• Strong API terminology and tools knowledge (GET, POST, PUT, JSON, Webhook).
• Proficiency with Looker, Monday, Salesforce, SQL and Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Python fluency (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and delivery milestones across integrations with merchants and SIs.
• Lead design, development, and testing across platforms and stacks.
• Maintain clear, regular status updates with risks and mitigations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Onboard and mentor team members to build technical skills for integrations.
