Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for customers, owning architecture discussions and driving platform adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and architects, combining deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to position Databricks as the foundation of customers’ data and AI strategy.

Qualifications

6+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical roles.
Strong Python and SQL coding skills.
Expertise in distributed data systems architecture and cloud data platforms.
Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with executives.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
Lead complex architecture discussions for scalable, production-grade solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer architects, engineering leads, and Directors.
Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks’ differentiation with custom-built solutions.
Develop an emerging technical specialization to become a go-to resource for the team.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex needs.
Influence product direction with feedback on requirements and gaps.
