Qualifications

6+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical role.
Proficient in Python and SQL with live coding ability.
Expertise in distributed data systems and lakehouse patterns.
Experience deploying to public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate architecture to business value.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts, from discovery through production deployment and consumption growth.
Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects, engineering leads, and Directors.
Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks’ differentiation through custom-built solutions.
Develop and declare an emerging technical specialization (archetype) for the team.
Orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex customer needs.
Influence product direction by providing structured feedback on customer requirements and competitive gaps.
