You will serve as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and architects, combining deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to position Databricks at the foundation of customers’ data and AI strategy. You will develop a technical specialization, lead cross-functional resources, and influence product direction

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or a senior technical role.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with live coding or debugging.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture, data pipelines, and cloud-native platforms.
• Proficient with Databricks Platform and developing specialization.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with production deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery through production deployment and growth.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real‑time analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects, engineering leads, and Directors.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks’ differentiation with custom solutions.
• Develop and declare an emerging technical specialization to become a go‑to resource.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional resources (DSAs, SSAs, Partners) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Influence product direction by providing feedback on customer requirements and gaps.
