Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for our customers, owning architecture discussions, driving platform adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and architects.

You will design scalable, production-grade data, ML/AI, and real-time analytics solutions on the Databricks platform, coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing product direction based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or similar senior technical roles.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL with hands-on ability to live-code and build solutions.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems, pipelines, and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with production deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead architecture discussions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Advise customer architects and engineering leads, translating complex architectures into business value.
• Drive technical wins through custom-built solutions and competitive differentiation.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions.
