Job summary

Experis Technology Group client is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its Technology Solutions team. This role supports enterprise initiatives with a focus on scalable architectures and collaboration across product and delivery teams. Remote work is offered with a hybrid schedule requiring four days on-site in Charlotte.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, hands-on Azure experience, and a track record in Agile environments with CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions in Azure.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery models and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, system design, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level solution architectures that align with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
• Partner with product and delivery teams to evaluate technical feasibility, scalability, and integration impacts of new initiatives.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor and coach delivery teams on technologies, systems, and best practices, including responsible AI development.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement.
