Job summary

Amazon is building a new-scale Supply Chain Services business. You will own end-to-end technical design for customer integrations across storefronts, OMS, WMS, middleware, and APIs, connecting to Amazon’s supply chain network.

You’ll create working proofs of concept and reusable patterns to accelerate future engagements. As a Solutions Architect, you will engage with senior customer leaders, define architectural patterns, and help scale the practice by sharing best practices and content.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across technology domains (software, cloud, systems, infra, security, networking, data).
• 3+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Strong ability to architect end-to-end integrations and customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for end-to-end design linking commerce stack to ASCS.
• Architect and build integrations across ASCS with REST/GraphQL, SP-API, EDI, OAuth, webhooks.
• Own trade-offs and evaluate architectures to remediate issues.
• Deliver architect-level artifacts: design documents, diagrams, POC code, runbooks.
• Own engagement lifecycle from scoping to post-launch monitoring.
