Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Senior Solution Architect in Arlington, VA to lead enterprise launches with high-volume shippers, design scalable integrations with Amazon Shipping, and drive both pre‑sales enablement and post‑sales delivery. Qualifications

8+ years of IT/tech experience.
3+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise launches: discovery, integration design, implementation, testing, go-live.
Design integrations that work right the first time by analyzing customer objectives and systems.
Partner with commercial teams on enterprise deals, providing technical validation and solution design.
Dive deep into WMS, TMS, API, and EDI flows; troubleshoot using logs, monitoring, and AI-assisted analysis.
Architect extensible, secure, reliable, cost-optimized solutions with reusable patterns.
Serve as trusted technical advisor to senior IT/engineering leaders and translate needs into API feature requests.
