Job summary

Amazon Shipping seeks a seasoned Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise engagements end to end, from pre-sales to delivery. You will own the technical relationship, align TMS/WMS/ERP/OMS systems on a unified architecture, and stay hands-on through implementation.

You will influence executives, shape integration strategy, and develop reference architectures, governance, and patterns that scale beyond a single deal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps for IT transformations toward cloud computing.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level.
• 10+ years in enterprise-scale technology solutions in logistics, shipping, or supply chain tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with large enterprise customers end to end, from pre-sales discovery through delivery.
• Lead technical discovery and align systems on a single target architecture; stay hands-on through implementation.
• Advise senior stakeholders and drive clarity where objectives are not defined.
• Design enterprise-grade shipping integrations using REST, cXML, and EDI; ensure security and performance.
• Build reusable reference architectures and governance adopted across engagements.
