Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Senior Solution Architect to drive enterprise customer launches and design complex integrations with Amazon Shipping. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery, validate technical feasibility for pre‑sales, and guide post‑sales implementation with customer IT and engineering leaders.

You'll analyze WMS/TMS, APIs, EDI flows, and leverage AI tools for debugging, while building reusable patterns and reference architectures for scalable deployments across Fortune 500 customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain experience across software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery for enterprise launches: discovery, integration design, implementation, testing, and go‑live.
• Run discovery on customer objectives and systems, and design integrations that work right the first time.
• Create launch plans covering architecture, testing, risk mitigation, and success criteria.
