RapidSOS is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical pre-sales engagements, translate customer requirements into scalable solutions, and guide demos, proofs of concept, and integrations with RapidSOS APIs. You will collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Public Safety to deliver compelling, AI-forward solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in engineering with customer-facing tech roles, experience with API/SaaS products, and cloud/container knowledge.

Qualifications

5+ years of engineering experience with 3+ in a technical customer-facing role.
Experience with complex API-based or SaaS products in presales or post-sales.
Familiarity with cloud platforms or containerization tools.
Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Own the technical engagement during pre-sales with product demos and pilot implementations.
Design solutions aligning APIs and integrations with customer workflows.
Deliver customized technical presentations and demonstrations.
Support account strategy with sales to articulate value and trust.
Create documentation translating requirements into solutions for Product and Engineering.
Assess feasibility and risk, guiding customers and teams to best paths.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Public Safety teams.
Lead with AI and continuously learn to prototype and solve problems.
