Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead technical engagement with strategic customers worldwide. You will drive ML/AI workloads, PoCs, and end-to-end solution ownership from discovery through production adoption.

As a senior leader, you will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape roadmaps, influence product direction, and mentor other architects while working remotely from Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technical roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
• End-to-end delivery of complex presales engagements (discovery, design, PoCs, production).
• Hands-on experience with large-scale ML workloads (GPU training/inference).
• Strong cloud infrastructure and MLOps expertise (Kubernetes-based platforms).
• Hands-on IaC and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible); Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end presales and solution delivery for strategic customers (discovery to PoC to production readiness).
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to CTOs, ML leads, and platform teams.
• Lead ML/AI infra and MLOps architectures for large-scale training/inference on GPU clouds.
• Design and document reference architectures and IaC deployment patterns using Nebius AI.
• Drive PoCs, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations to accelerate adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to reflect customer needs in roadmap decisions.
• Act as technical authority for key customer scenarios across internal teams.
• Support marketing initiatives (conferences, webinars, case studies, thought leadership).
• Mentor and lead other Solutions Architects.
