Job summary

Nebius is seeking an experienced Solutions Architecture Manager, Enterprise to lead our customer-facing Enterprise Solutions Architecture organization. This leadership role spans technology, enterprise strategy and business value, building a high-performing team and partnering with Enterprise Sales.

You will engage with CIOs/CTOs and senior business leaders, shaping the Enterprise roadmap and ensuring customer outcomes, technical excellence, and commercial impact across large-scale AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people-management experience.
• 5+ years working with Enterprise companies.
• Proven value engineering translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-growing environment where team structures and scope evolve.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and coach a high-performing team of Enterprise Solutions Architects.
• Own the technical engagement model for the Enterprise segment in close partnership with Enterprise Sales leadership.
• Set clear priorities, operating mechanisms and performance expectations for the Enterprise Solutions Architecture team.
• Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Heads of AI/ML and other senior stakeholders.
• Champion the voice of Enterprise customers internally and guide the Product and Technology roadmap in Enterprise Readiness.
• Establish a culture focused on customer outcomes, technical excellence, business value and commercial impact.
