Job summary

Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed Amsterdam-based AI cloud leader, is seeking a hands-on ML engineer who can prototype advanced AI use cases and accelerate customers from POC to production. You will split time between field work with customers and building new AI features for the Nebius platform, focusing on practical, scalable solutions.

You will work at the intersection of ML engineering and product impact, turning cutting-edge research into concrete platform directions while collaborating with sales,

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise ML teams or customer-facing ML engineering roles.
• Fluent in the modern ML stack (PyTorch, HuggingFace, CUDA, Kubernetes for ML, MLflow, vector databases).
• Ability to read papers and implement them for production use.
• Ability to explain activation checkpointing tradeoffs to ML engineers and CTOs.
• Experience deploying ML models and workflows to production at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes and demos across Nebius product portfolio to support sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Lead hands-on onboarding for new customers during POC and validation phases.
• Develop applied AI prototypes and document findings as product recommendations.
• Provide grounded, actionable feedback to influence the product roadmap and customer outcomes.
• Create reusable technical assets (notebooks, reference architectures, benchmarks) to reduce onboarding friction.
