Job summary

Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed cloud infrastructure pioneer, seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager for the External Solutions Department. You will drive planning and execution across multiple engineering and product teams, aligning Sales, Partnerships and Legal to launch external services.

You’ll coordinate service releases, deployments to new datacenters, and manage external demand signals with a hands-on approach to drive programs forward in a fast-moving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a TPM driving multi-team programs or as an engineering manager/director.
• Strong technical foundation in cloud architecture, infra, APIs, CI/CD, service deployments.
• Experience launching services, managing cross-team work, and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, Legal and Engineering to manage external demand.
