Job summary

Nebuly is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to bridge pre-sales and post-sales for enterprise AI observability. You will earn trust with CIOs and engineers, design deployment architectures (cloud or on-prem), and drive pilots to renewal and expansion.

In this role you will partner with Sales Directors, lead technical discovery, and own the technical relationship after contract signature, ensuring value realization and successful adoption across customer environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience bridging pre- and post-sales with enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of observability infrastructure and AI data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: partner with Sales Directors to win complex enterprise deals.
• Lead technical discovery: assess AI stack, data infra, security, deployment constraints.
• Design integration & deployment architectures (cloud or on-premise).
• Run pilots end-to-end from setup to value demonstration.
• Build business case to convert pilots to contracts.
