Qualifications

• 10 years of reverse logistics operations experience.
• Strong ERP experience (Oracle Fusion, SAP) for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Understanding of warranty/entitlement offerings.
• Experience in ERP/supply chain systems implementations.
• Excellent communication, creative, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork, and organization skills
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Experience working in the high-volume consumer electronics industry.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal experience.
• Proven track record in building internal and external customer relationships.
• Exposure to agile and scrum work management techniques.
• Demonstrated problem-solving experience.
• Experience in delivering business value.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements and develop detailed solution designs to meet operational outcomes that conform to customer and business requirements.
• Define solutions that allow for efficient supply chain execution.
• Contribute to supply chain network strategies by providing comprehensive capability development analyzes and solution development roadmaps.
• Set goals for the accuracy and completeness of supply chain reporting.
• Drive operational and system improvements to address supply chain issues.
• Document and maintain detailed architectural, business workflow and system process maps.
• Identify opportunities for near and mid-term optimization and contribute to long range strategic planning.
• Collaborate with training organizations to develop reference documentation and educational materials for partners and internal resources.
• Define Warranty offerings framework
