E-Solutions in the United States seeks an experienced Reverse Logistics leader to define and optimize processes for high-volume consumer electronics. You will partner with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to design scalable solutions and drive value.

The role emphasizes ERP expertise (Oracle Fusion, SAP), warranty offerings, and strong analytical skills to deliver measurable improvements and robust reporting.

Competenze

• 10 years of reverse logistics operations experience.
• Strong ERP experience (Oracle Fusion, SAP) for manufacturing and supply chain.

• Deep functional and operational understanding and expertise of consumer electronics Reverse
• Interface with logistics and supply chain management teams to define comprehensive process and system strategies that provide flexibility and are scalable as well as sustainable.
• Contribute to supply chain network strategies by providing comprehensive capability development analyzes and solution development roadmaps to implement goals defined by the strategies.
• Define functional requirements and develop detailed solution designs to meet operational outcomes that conform to customer and business requirements.
• Define solutions that allow for efficient supply chain execution.
• Support business partners in drafting business cases for new initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with cross functional teams to gather detailed requirements.
• Set goals for the accuracy and completeness of supply chain reporting.
• Drive operational and system improvements to address supply chain issues.
• Document and maintain detailed architectural, business workflow and system process maps.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 years’ experience in Reverse logistics operations
• Strong Experience using Oracle Fusion, SAP or other ERP platforms for manufacturing and supply chain & PLM tool
• Experience or Understanding of Warranty/Entitlement offerings
• Experience in ERP/supply chain systems or business applications implementations.
• Excellent communication, creative, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork, and organization skills
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Experience working in the high-volume consumer electronics industry.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Six Sigma and / or DMAIC trained.
• Experience with any of the following: Oracle, SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, I2.
• Experience with Design to Manufacturing best practices
