Job summary

re:Cycle Reverse Logistics LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own planning for data center assets moving through our Failure Analysis Lab. You will translate demand signals into actionable operational plans, balancing capacity, throughput, and on-time spare parts delivery for a global network.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Analytics to build scalable planning processes and drive continuous improvement, while maintaining strong cross-functional communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years in procurement, supply chain, inventory, or operations roles.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python).
• Knowledge of forecasting, planning, sourcing, logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly to multi-year S&OP forecasts across the FA Lab lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align plans with demand and capacity.
• Manage supply plans and communicate variances to internal/external customers.
• Build and refine planning models to forecast lab workflows.
• Lead monthly S&OP processes with consensus planning and action items.
• Incorporate global capacity, labor, and constraints into plans.
• Develop scenario-based planning for strategic decisions.
• Align operational plans with budgeting and cost models.
• Identify and implement scalable planning tools and processes.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership with data-driven narratives.
