Job summary

re:Cycle Reverse Logistics LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to orchestrate the full lifecycle planning for data center components in our FA Lab. You will translate demand signals into actionable operational plans, coordinating with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Analytics.

You will develop multiple horizon forecasts, drive capacity planning, and implement scalable planning processes to improve throughput and on-time spare parts delivery across a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in procurement, supply chain, inventory, contract management, lease administration or operations.
• Experience in global supply chain management with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python).
• Knowledge of forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and multi-year S&OP forecasts for FA Lab lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align plans with demand and capacity constraints.
• Manage and communicate supply plans to customers; address variances proactively.
• Build planning models to forecast throughput in lab workflows.
• Drive the monthly S&OP process with inputs, reviews, and action items.
• Collaborate with global operations to incorporate capacity and constraints into plans.
• Develop scenario-based planning for strategic decisions.
• Work with finance on budgeting cycles and cost models.
• Identify and implement scalable planning tools and frameworks.
