Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a senior Solution Engineer to translate business requirements into PPM, Agile, and NetOps solutions in a remote capacity. You will align value with strategic customers and lead adoption across large enterprise accounts.

You will demonstrate value, present roadmaps, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure architectural alignment and roadmap consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or Master’s degree with 10+ years in a technology or business field.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into software solutions and value outcomes.
• Strong domain knowledge in PM software and Agile management tools.

Responsibilities

• Performing value alignment with strategic customers.
• Building relationships across IT and business silos to document and share portfolio management capabilities.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure alignment across solutions.
