Job summary

ID.me is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to advance state, local, education engagements and lead technical responses. Based in the southern U.S. region, you will collaborate with GTM teams, understand the ID.me platform, and deliver compelling demonstrations and designs for agency customers.

You will troubleshoot complex use cases, craft reusable technical content, and drive sales strategy through proofs of concept and architecture discussions with agency stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in senior solution consulting or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and federation protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC).
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience writing RFx responses and technical content for agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ID.me product suite and agency use cases.
• Serve as a primary contributor to RFx responses, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Diagnose and document customer technical and business requirements.
• Develop technical solutions and demos addressing agency challenges and adoption.
