Job summary

IDMe is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant focused on state, local, and education markets in the southern territory, with deep API integration, federation design, and RFx execution. You will collaborate with GTM, craft demos, and guide agencies through complex technical and procurement challenges using ID.me’s platform.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience performing the responsibilities of a Senior Solution Consultant
• Strong customer-facing experience such as consulting, technical support, or solution engineering
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs
• Proficiency with authorization/federation protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
• Strong technical presentation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with IAM, identity verification, web/mobile/back-end development and related tech
• Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, and modern software practices
• Ability to learn the ID.me platform quickly
• Curiosity with a positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ID.me product suite and map it to state/local/education use cases
• Lead technical accuracy across RFx responses
• Resolve complex technical customer issues
• Mentor Solution Consultant team members and contribute to team learning
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve integration scenarios
• Propose feature improvements based on market trends
• Design federation architectures for agency environments
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with agency technical reps
• Deliver proofs of concept and write compelling technical content
• Present at events and communicate product feedback to teams
