Qualifications

• Must be highly technical and comfortable interacting directly with customers.
• Experience preparing RFx responses and ensuring technical accuracy across solicitations.
• Ability to design and configure solutions addressing customer needs using ID.me technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ID.me product suite and how it maps to brand and loyalty use cases.
• Serve as a primary contributor to RFx responses, owning technical accuracy across solicitations.
• Solve technical customer issues of broad scope and high complexity.
• Provide mentorship for Solution Consultant team members and contribute to team-learning initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify and resolve complex scenarios and integration issues.
• Propose and implement improvements for product feature enhancements based on market trends.
