Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to be the primary technical contact through the sales cycle and implementation for the core identity verification products. You will tailor solutions to client needs, collaborate with multiple teams, and lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will work with Sales, Data Science, Product Development, and Product Marketing to shape proofs of concept, gather feedback, and contribute to thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 8+ years of professional work experience in a professional services consultant, customer management, or sales engineering capacity.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level engagements involving analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders to drive business results.
• Prior experience with SaaS sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales in business development activities, including presenting core products and solutions to prospective clients, and contribute to statements of work (SOWs) and pricing.
• Collaborate with Data Science on Proof-of-Concept (POC) design and execution.
• Utilize industry and domain expertise to tailor strategies and recommendations for prospective clients.
• Partner with Product Development to surface client feedback and funnel concepts for product innovation to product managers.
• Contribute to thought leadership with Product Marketing for blogs, whitepapers, research briefs, webinars, and more.
• Serve as a means of translation between technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and externally.
• Support meetings with project stakeholders to help align resources and determine relative priority of projects to maximize business results.
• Serve as a day-to-day technical resource on external and internal projects and engagements related to sales engagements supporting both direct field sales and channel sales teams.
• Mentor junior members of the Solution Consulting team as needed.
