Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in a professional services consultant, customer management, or sales engineering role.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level engagements involving analytics, technology, or enterprise software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders to drive results.
• Prior exposure to SaaS sales processes.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations (verbal and written).
• Strong presentation delivery with clear messaging.
• Experience in financial services or wireless industries is a plus.
• Experience with credit/fraud risk management analyses and related tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with document image capture, OCR, or CV tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of banking regulations (FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, PATRIOT Act, BSA) is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude (ML/DS, SDLCs, RESTful APIs, RDBMS).
• Excitement for a fast-paced, mission-driven company disruptive in identity verification.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (remote role).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to present core products and solutions and contribute to SOWs and pricing.
• Collaborate with Data Science on POC design and execution.
• Tailor strategies and recommendations using industry and domain expertise.
• Partner with Product Development to surface client feedback for product innovation.
• Contribute to thought leadership with Product Marketing through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, etc.
• Translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support meetings with project stakeholders to align resources and priorities.
• Serve as a day-to-day technical resource on external and internal projects supporting sales engagements.
• Mentor junior Solution Consulting team members as needed.
