Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. The Senior Solution Consultant, Core role is a key technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation.

You will understand client needs and map them to Socure’s core product suite. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, design POC strategies with Data Science, and contribute to product feedback and thought leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in a professional services/consulting or sales engineering role.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level engagements in analytics/tech/software.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales on core product presentations and SOWs/pricing.
• Collaborate with Data Science on POC design and execution.
• Tailor strategies and recommendations for clients based on domain expertise.
• Partner with Product Development to surface client feedback for product innovation.
• Contribute in thought leadership with Product Marketing (blogs, whitepapers, webinars).
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences internally and externally.
• Support meetings with stakeholders to align resources and prioritize projects.
• Serve as a day-to-day technical resource for sales engagements; support field and channel teams.
• Mentor junior Solution Consulting team members.

Conocimientos

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Eng/Math

8+ years professional experience

SaaS sales processes

Presentation skills

Analytics/ML/DS tech awareness

Strong written/verbal communication

Travel up to 30%
