Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements, partnering with key collaborators to drive the vision and deliver key deliverables.
• Serve as a hands-on advisor with strong communication, solution/technical knowledge, and Salesforce product understanding to deliver ROI for the customer.
• Co-create the vision with the customer and own execution, removing roadblocks and achieving customer acceptance of the delivered solution.
• Connect with stakeholders from product owners to C-suite to understand requirements, analyze information, and craft comprehensive solutions.
