The role requires strong clinical knowledge of Salesforce, industry experience, and consulting background. You will co-create solutions, manage risk, and ensure customer acceptance. Expect to work with executives and teams across client organizations to deliver value and scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years on enterprise projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• 3+ years in Consumer Goods cloud experience and CG cloud expertise.
• Deep Salesforce platform customization experience.
• Experience defining architecture and roadmaps to achieve business outcomes.
• A track record of discovery sessions, requirements, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and team.
• Guide deployment of emerging technologies to increase business value.
• Lead delivery with strong communication and prescriptive thinking.
• Identify risks and drive resolution across multiple streams.
• Present and align program direction with stakeholders and customers.
