You will lead solution delivery, AI adoption initiatives, and program governance while providing technical leadership across project teams in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10 years of experience in information systems, solution architecture, and technology delivery.
• Proven track record leading complex technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and systems integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead defining and implementing technology solutions with executive and business stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance to project teams and ensure alignment with EA standards.
• Develop scope, estimates, schedules, and implementation plans for initiatives.
• Drive AI adoption and emerging technology initiatives to create business value.
• Manage budgets, resources, and cross-functional partnerships.
