• Acts as institutional product lead for AI solutions addressing high-priority workflows.
• Builds relationships across clinical, administrative, and IT teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Leads market scans, vendor evaluations, and product comparisons for strategic fit and value.
• Develops business cases translating pain points into expected value and risks.
• Guides products through stage-gate processes aligned with priorities and governance.
• Leads pilots, success criteria, and adoption plans for scale.
